It is becoming more an more acceptable today for men to use anti aging skin treatment and other products that 20 years ago would not have been acceptable and I think this is a very good thing for society that men do not have to worry about putting products on anymore and having people make fun. The problem men have these days is that there are so many new anti aging skin treatments out on the market today and more coming out on a daily basis it hard to know which one to choose. As people now by now I do not believe in over the counter products that are full of harsh chemicals that in the long run could possibly make you skin worse. Aloe Vera is one of my favourite plants, it has so many health benefits it would take me years to list them all. The best way to use Aloe Vera as an anti aging product is to buy a plant and use the gel from inside the plant and rub it on your face. Another option is if you cant get hold of an Aloe Vera plant is to grown your own or Aloe Vera Gel and mix it in with vitamin E oil.

How to apply

This is an internal treatment. For the best results juice a whole cucumber pour into a glass and drink it straight. Cucumber juice has vitamin A and C and also contains a lot of water which is all good for the skin plus a lot more. Ive always said if your green on the inside your clean on the inside.
