There are so many different juice recipes it's really hard too choose which one to make, this is were I'm going too help, or try too anyway. In this modern society people are looking of ways to become more healthy and juicing is one of the best ways because it makes the nutrients easier to absorb for your body. The reason juicing makes the nutrients easier to absorb for your body is because it leaves the pulp 'fibre' out.
An important thing to remember about juicing fruit is the sugar will be concentrated so you will need to balance this out by eating greens, the more sugary foods you eat the more greens you need to balance the body out. Something I use to make sure I stay in balance is think of a triangle. One section of the triangle is chlorophyll (greens) another section is fat and another section is sugar. If you consume to much sugar you will be out of balance and will need chlorophyll (greens) to balance the body, if you consume to much fat you will need chlorophyll(greens) to balance the body if you eat to much chlorophyll (greens) you will need fat and sugar to balance the body.

Super berry juice:
1 handful blackberries
1 handful blueberries
1 handful strawberries
100g low-fat yogurt
1/4 pineapple

1 kiwi

1/2 banana
1 orange
ice

Vitamins A,B1,B2,B6,C and E,beta-carotene,fibre,magnesuim,potassium,folic acid,boron,ellagic acid,amino acids.
Magic Detox
2 apples
slice of lemon with rind on
1-11/2 inch slice cucumber
1-2 sticks of celery
1 inch fresh ginger
ice
Contains:
Vitamins A,B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,C,E and K,copper,calcium,iron,magnesium,potassium,boron,ellagic acid,beta-carotene,folic acid,phosphorus,selenium,riboflavin and phytonutrients.

Masticating Juicers
Positives
- Masticating Juicers are better at preserving nutrients because they turn slowly and squash the juice out of the fresh produce.
- Can juice almost anything you put into it.
- Quiet and will not go blunt.
Negatives
- Expensive.
- Can be somewhat bitty.
If you want a juicer for health reason specifically then I would definitely recommend a Masticating Juicer.
Centrifugal Juicer
Positives
- More affordable than the Masticating juicer.
- Good for beginners.
- A good Centrifugal Juicer will give you a clean juice with no bits.
Negatives
- Noisy
- Can heat up which in-turn could destroy enzymes.
If your looking for your first juicer then a centrifugal juicer would be a good choice as there more affordable then the masticating juicers.

I love juicing some much because it makes me feel so good! I learnt about juicing when i decided to become a vegetarian. I would recommend being a semi vegetarian to anyone, i just feel so great.
